We Express Ourselves Emotively. We also get the urge for Expressing Ourselves through  Movement , Dance , solo or with others .
Our facial expressions may change to reflect the various moods we are associating or Emotively Expressing . Ie A Smiling Face . A Miserable Face or Look . A Happy and Smiling Face . A Tearful Look . Etc

Music activates brain regions that are involved in movement, planning, attention, and memory. This was the finding of a study by Daniel Abrams as part of his postdoctoral research at Stanford

Research has also proven that certain music has the ability to assist with language and learning. This demonstrates that there is a connection between organized melodic sound and memory. Music conjures pleasure and is often associated with enjoyable activities like partying, socializing, mating, and relaxing. Several studies have linked music to drug-like effects.

Listening to soothing music has been shown to naturally raise serotonin and oxytocin levels. It's possible that other neuroreceptors are activated too. Not only will the right music make you feel happy, but it can make you sexy too!
